  • DO WE GET TO CHOOSE OUR WEDDING DATE?

    Our booking process guarantees we’ll find vendors for your wedding, making it stress-free for you.

    You just set it and forget it with our 3-step booking process;
    1. Book with us (and let us know which dates you’ll be on Maui)
    2. We’ll cross-match our vendors’ availability
    3. We’ll confirm a date and send you the entire wedding itinerary (And we’ll be sending you updates and letting you know if there’s anything else you need to do along the way

    {We will still do our best to make it happen on your preferred date, but we’ll plan it for some other date based on our vendor’s availability.}

  • What happens if we ONLY want the wedding to happen on a specific date?

    In that case, please reach out to us (through our contact form) and let us know about this. We’ll see if we have available vendors for it and get back to you with an answer.

  • Can we choose our vendors?

    To optimize our booking system and provide affordable packages for you, we have to avoid the backs and forths that choosing a specific vendor means, so we’ll have to stick to our availability cross-matching system work on it’s own.

    But don’t worry, we guarantee the same level of professionalism and quality of work with all our vendors.

  • Can we remove services from our package (and book those vendors on our own)?

    We get it, maybe you have a friend that will render that service for you, or you’ve been following a specific profession with whom you want to work with.

    So regarding the question; Yes! We’ll remove our services’ rates from the package total so you can bring your own.
    Just let us know which one you are interested in removing and we’ll tell you how much will the discount be for.

  • How do I choose my bouquet's style?

    We’ll send you a list with 11 different options for you to choose from.

  • How long does it take to get my photos (and videos) delivered?

    The average is 3 weeks for photos and 6 weeks for video.
    Feel free to reach out to your assigned vendor and check with them or if you have any special requests.

  • How long ahead of time can I Apply for the Marriage License?

    You can start the process only within 30 days of your wedding date.
    We’ll send you our complete step-by-step guide when it’s time for you to do so.

    (You’ll fill up an online form > book an in-person meeting with a Marriage Agent > Receive your marriage license > sign it during the ceremony)

  • COVID Cancellation Policy

    We do have a full-refund cancellation policy;
    If you or your partner can’t travel due to covid contraction or exposure, or if your local or Hawaii’s local state rules don’t let you travel in any way, you apply for a full refund.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    If you want to cancel due to any non-covid related reasons, you’ll have;
    - 48hs from booking to do so and apply for a full refund.
    - 7 days for a 50% refund of any payments made.
    - No refunds when 8 days or more have passed since booking or within 30 days to the event, whichever applies at the vendor’s convenience. *(48hs policy still applies)
